Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing.

Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. You can click here to see an estimated arrival time for your package following order processing.

Shipping Carriers:

Our primary carriers are UPS and USPS. If UPS does not service your area, we will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order, such as FedEx or an alternate carrier.

STANDARD SHIPPING RATES:

Our standard Ground Service shipping is provided through USPS Priority Mail. Our shipping rates are calculated based on order total as follows*:

$00.00 - $25.00: $5.95 shipping
$25.01 - $50.00: $7.95 shipping
$50.01 - $75.00: $9.95 shipping
$75.01 and up: $12.95 shipping

*Large orders, heavy, and oversized items will require additional shipping charges. Alaska and Hawaii - add $5.00 to rates listed above.
Shipping charges are based on your order total. We assume a higher dollar amount equates to a heavier package. We understand there are exceptions, but our ultimate goal is to break even on our true shipping and packing costs; we do not intend to make a profit on shipping.

Expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and shipping address.

SHIPMENTS TO CANADA:

We offer shipping to all provinces in Canada serviced by USPS. Shipments to Canada are charged at a flat rate by item:
1st item: $10.00
2-3 items: $16.00
4-5 items: $22.00
5+ items: contact us at info@kidshoos.com for group shipping rates

SHIPMENTS TO OTHER INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS:

At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders outside of the United States and Canada. Please email info@kidshoos.com for more information of shipping to your country.

If you prefer to order via regular mail, download and print a copy of our order form, fill it out and send it to us. (Mailing addresses and fax numbers are on form.) Please allow 3-5 business days to reach us if mailed within the U.S. Customer Order Form Printable Order Form (.pdf)

RETURN POLICY:

Please email us before you send an item back for return. To return purchases from Kidshoos.com, make sure items are in their original condition, and send them back within 30 days of your purchase.

Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. If the original payment was a Kidshoos.com gift card, you will receive a refund on a Kidshoos.com gift card.

If you used a promotion code to make your purchase, we'll gladly exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. If you'd like to exchange your purchase for something else, we'll apply your credit towards the new item at their current price. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.

EASY EXCHANGES:

Return merchandise using our easy mail return process, and order your new merchandise at the same time by calling 1-800-261-8309. The new item(s) will be shipped to you at no charge for standard shipping and handling. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise, and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive the returned pair. You may ship shoes for exchange within 30 days of your original purchase, and use your preferred shipping method.

Returning a gift? Include the purchaser's name and address along with your return. Indicate whether you'd like to exchange the gift for another product of if you'd like a Gift Card.

RETURNS BY MAIL:

Email info@kidshoos.com or call us at 1-800-261-8309 and we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. We will deduct a flat fee of $6.00 from your order refund for return postage. If you decide not to use the pre-paid label, the $6.00 fee will not be charged. You can use your preferred shipping method to return your order to us and we will refund your order amount in full.
