I am writing today to thank you for an excellent customer service experience.

I recently saw an advertisement for the Graffeeti book bags on "Good Morning America" and was very interested in purchasing it and the sneakers for my daughter. She was very adamant about wanting this particular book bag for the first day of school. I did my research on-line and was torn between two companies, one being of course Kidshoos.com and the other being the products company's website. Being that the item was identical on both sites I decided to look closer to the company themselves as well as the price point.

I will not go into great detail about my research of the other site only to say "it was excruciatingly frustrating" understanding the company's mission and reasoning for their pricing. After that experience I was pleasantly surprised by your website. It not only informed me about the product but about the company as a whole. I was also delighted in knowing where and how exactly my money was being spent. In this economy it's nice to know I was getting a great deal as well as purchasing a product that is safe and durable for my child.

Once I decided to purchase the book bag I immediately started receiving updates about my shipping as well as an email from Philip De-Bodene. I was delighted to purchase an item from someone whose knowledge, and respect, made this a pleasant experience. My daughter received the package on Saturday August 29th before noon (as noted in Philip's email) and was delighted. We were both pleasantly surprised by the flip-flops as an added bonus. We truly do appreciate your business, your customer service and your time. You have definitely made a repeat customer.

Your site looks fantastic! I love the detail shots of the shoe and the ability to see all around and underneath. It helps shoppers feel comfortable buying online by giving them the "in store" experience of holding and examining the shoe. Thanks for thinking of it!
